No pets are allowed at the guest house.

ADVANCED BOOKING DURATION

Customer can make the booking 90 days in advance. Booking is not allowed for more than 90 days in advance.

LIMITED LIABILITY CLAUSE

We respectfully remind you that any items brought into the guest house, its car parks or grounds including valuables and audiovisual equipment, are brought in at your own risk. The guest house shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the Client or anyone connected to the Client’s event at the guest house, whether the items were left before, during or following the function, other than as required under the HPA or any other applicable law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so, by 12.00 noon 3 days prior to your arrival, by telephoning the guest house to confirm your cancellation. Unless otherwise notified at the time of booking we will refund any payment made in respect of such booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, we will charge you for one night’s accommodation per room booked if you fail to cancel your booking by 12.00 noon 3 days prior to your arrival. If your booking is for more than one night and you cancel or shorten your booking by 12.00 noon 3 days prior to arrival we will (unless otherwise notified at the time of booking) refund any payment made in respect of such booking at the time of cancellation for days cancelled more than 3 days in advance.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Once Cancelled Your booking refund will be processed in the original mode of payment. Which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

1- PRIOR TO 15 DAYS FROM CHECK-IN: 25% PENALTY.
2- BETWEEN 7-15 DAYS FROM CHECK-IN: 50% PENALTY.
3- BETWEEN 3-7 DAYS FROM CHECK-IN: 75% PENALTY.
4- WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM CHECK-IN: 100% PENALTY.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

YSEMPIRE LLP Membership program entities the member of the following privileges and benefits at YSEMPIRE LLP, Greater Noida. The Membership will valid for 365 days from the day of the issue. When you visit the first time in our guest house and by the membership card you will get 5% off. when you send your friend/relative with your card no reference they will get 5% Off. The second time you will visit our guest house then you will get 15% Off, 10% Off yours and 5% your Reference Off.
